“Shocking service ”

I my car totally lost all power and I stopped on the M3 motorway about noon. The weather was freezing cold. I was advised that it could take up to 30 minutes to rescue me.
Eventually after 90 minutes I was rescued.
I was frozen cold.
I complained to LV and to Britania Rescue both said it wasn’t their fault

I would never have expected such a terrible service from LV and will suggest that you don’t even consider them for a break down service.
