Pre payment everything went really well. Friendly staff at the showroom, designer listened to everything we wanted,, (although something's were left off resulting in a he didn't say, she didn't say arguement)
Fitted number 1 was untidy, didn't listen, did things in his own, didn't follow plans and lied to wren on occasions to rectify his errors.
Fitted number two had rectified most of the errors, but still had to call him back twice.
Kitchen still not right.Aftercare is no existant!
If you are going to get a kitchen from wren-do not use their assigned fitters- you will regret it!! And seriously go through it with a fine tooth comb.
