“Female Donald Trump Hair Cut and Highlights ”

I booked on the phone a female hair cut, blow dry and 1/4 hair foil highlights. On the day of the booking, when I was on the bus to the hairdresser, I received a telephone call on my mobile phone asking me to withdraw cash. Instead of going directly to the hairdresser, I had to go to the bank to withdraw cash. The hairdresser should have mentioned on the phone when I made my booking that they accept only cash. I visited this hair salon in the past, the booking was made through Treat Well application. When I phoned Bouton de Rose, the new hairdresser said that I could not make a booking with my previous hairdresser who did a good job for me previously. The new hairdresser said that she didn't leave any notes regarding the colour of my highlights (toner). I also was told on the phone that she was not available to do my hair. I asked the new hairdresser not to use any toner that would result in bright yellow blond highlights. I have a fair hair, and prefer highlights in a neutral ash colour, because I have a lot of grey hair. Bright yellow highlights do not match with the grey hair. The previous hairdresser used a toner that resulted in a neutral colour that blended well with my grey colour. In fact, after my previous hairdresser did my hair, one could hardly notice any grey in the front of my head. The new hairdresser used very unusual toner that produced yellow highlights, and the colour of my hair was the same as Donald Trump has with the only difference that I had also patched of bright grey hair left between the yellow highlights. When I asked for a receipt, it took the new hairdresser some time to produce it to me with the wrong surname on it. The surname on the receipts was completely different from my surname. To summarise the above : the customer was put under stress to arrange for a cash right before the appointment; there is poor records keeping as this hairdresser as they could not find my previous colour record, they do the job just for a tick, very quickly, without any assessment what will be the final result. The good and hard working hairdresser would advise the customer of the final results and would recommend what is best to do. The hair colour that I have now looks like a Do It Yourself (DIY) job, it is impossible to call this a professional job. If you have no other choice and this hairdresser is the only option, book through a Treat Well application. At least you will have some proof that you have been booked their. Otherwise, you can end up with a receipt with the wrong name on it and god knows what type of a toner will be used on your hair.
