My kitchen delivery was delayed, twice. Both times on very short notice. And both times I was provided with no explanation for either delay. My delivery was also split in to two separate orders, without first asking me. I am extremely unimpressed with the service provided. The three day delay to the delivery of my order, as well as the piecemeal way in which it was been provided, has all caused me a huge amount of inconvenience. Ikea has offered me a measly £50 in recognition of this. In reality, this doesn’t even approach compensating for three days of stress, uncertainty and inconvenience during which I have had to take additional leave and significantly adapt my working schedule. I will not be recommending Ikea kitchen services to anyone. And will never use this again myself.
