Avoid this company at all costs- their level of customer service is a disgrace.
Having hired a car in Spain during November, I was involved in an accident which was totally my fault and I notified Goldcar of the damage sustained upon return of the car at the end of the rental.
That stage of the process was fine and the staff in the rental office were polite and helpful- but that is where it goes down hill.
I have an annual CDW policy in the UK and therefore did not require GoldCar insurance cover.
I have been trying to obtain an invoice from Goldcar for the charges incurred €735 since I returned home. I do not get the courtesy of a reply to my emails and even had the phone slammed down on me during my last telephone call.
I do not want any money off the company- simply an invoice showing my total charges- is that too much to ask?
