“Pain free repair experience”

After somewhat carelessly denting my car I was dreading the whole process of getting it repaired, but I needn't have worried. I was booked in, my car was collected from my house and I was given a (very nice) courtesy car, and I just carried on with life as normal until the repair was done - at which point my car was dropped off and the courtesy car collected. I was kept up to date with progress via email and phone - the staff were always friendly and professional, and the repair work was seamless (in addition to which my car was valeted). Thoroughly recommended.
