“Unprofessional Company ”

I ordered a divan bed set via woucher. I received an email confirming delivery date, took time off work and yet no bed!!! Tried contacting woucher, but their chat lines were unavailable and there is no contact number. Tried calling italiafurniture, and was constantly disconnected their end. Still no bed, no TRUE contact details, no customer support from woucher or italia .... but they took my money very quickly. Don't ever order from this company as you WILL BE disappointed.
