“Just Stay Clear”

My experience on arrival at the Gran Canaria Airport Office was a bad start and it was no surprise that thing went from bad to worse. Miserable staff who couldn't look you in the eye. The car was parked 10 minutes walk away. The car had in excess 12 marked damage. There was nobody available to check the car out. YOU MUST TAKE PHOTOS of the car whoever you hire with.On returning with the car there was nobody to check the car in. Another 20 minutes walk with luggage to and from the airport office to insist that someone checked the car I. After being checked I was told I would get an email.The man had no English and would not sign to say the car was Ok. 3 days later I was charged 200 euro with no email, of Invoice. Thank goodness I had photographic proof of the damage previously done to the car before I picked it up. This Company are a badly run company.You have been warned Avoid them.
