“tutor with no clue what they are doing. ”

So I used open study college previously and had a good experience generally speaking, except the tutor could be rude, I did my degree and then wanted to do another course before starting my masters. it should be noted that the referencing for open study is the same as the one I used at university for 3 years and was always told I used referencing very well, my tutor marked me down for 'bad referencing', she told me I'd done it wrong and when I confronted her telling her I was doing it how I was taught at university level, she then told me 'how to reference' except she was telling me how to reference completely wrong. it is concerning that I know more about how to reference than the tutor.
