I used to enjoy buying online from Amazon (because of the millions of choices, good products, and Amazon's excellent customer service) but no more. Amazon is not using Aramex for a shipper. This means if you live outside the United States, Canada or the UK, don't expect your package to arrive on time. In fact, don't expect to receive what you've bought at all. And Don't expect Amazon's very nice representatives to help. They can't contact Aramex any more than you will be able.
I imagine Amazon's business decision to use Aramex was to cut corners, especially as Amazon is offering "free delivery" to places like Israel. A cynical move on Amazon's part. I've had to cancel orders, I expect to cancel more, and I will likely go back to buying from Ebay and Book Depository. I'd rather pay for shipping than deal with this nonsense.
I'm sorry there is not a zero or minus zero rating for Aramex. And at this point, I would give a like rating for Amazon.
