“Sales/surveyor/installation”

The salesperson was very friendly and did not put me under any pressure and found me a good deal. When the serveyer came to do the measurements the style of the windows had to be adjusted on two windows compared to how the salesperson sold the windows to me.Also the salesperson was not sure if sills were included when I asked.
The surveyor was very good and professional and knew what he was talking about and was friendly.
The installers did a great job but lacked friendlines and when asked which window was the fire escape window , did not know and showed me the one that did not have have the fire escape stickers on. The surveyor also advised that there would be a child safety attachment but the installer was not aware of it .
I like the look of the windows , good finish and quality .
Before buying I would have preferred the surveyor to check as there were some things that I was not aware eg. The frames of my windows are steel which I did not know and was advised by the surveyor it would cost alot more to have them removed and the end result would be alot nicer as I now have to paint around the edges where it looks scruffy.
