Reserved a car for rent through their website. after booking complete the car supplier added few lines of scratches (€330)and when you inform VIPSCARS customer service say contact your bank to block payment or wait instead of removing this supplier from their listing and demand explanation from the car supplier.

Better book from other supplier/agent. Safer with better customer service for customer!!
