“HORRIBLE!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY! ”

I have been corresponding with the company for 3 months trying to get a refund and have emailed back and forth with customer service more than ten times. They only want to offer a us a discount on a future service, which is absurd because I wouldn't book with them again even if it was free! They never picked up our 2 families with 3 young children and never even told us they weren't coming to get us! No services were provided and my family's safety was jeopardized and an entire afternoon of a short trip were wasted. They just took our money! Don't prepay!!

To summarize my complaint: We were left waiting for several hours in the airport parking lot with 3 young children in the heat in a foreign country to actually never be picked up. After visiting the advised location where airport staff told us drivers wait, we could not find our driver. By communicating with him over the phone, we were told he was coming back for us. Never were we told that he was not picking us up. The company says he didn't return for us because he didn't know if we were willing to pay extra costs for taking too long to find us. Yet, we were never asked if we would pay a fee or told they were not getting us. Since we were supposed to have car seats for our toddlers, we did not want to use another vehicle and continued to wait for the driver for hours. We lost an entire afternoon of our vacation and put the safety of our children in jeopardy waiting in an unsafe busy parking lot, having to find a random person on the street to drive us to our location, and not being provided with any car seats for our young children. What a nightmare!

Don't listen when the customer services asks for people to provide their transfer number, so they can resolve the issue. Because they don't resolve it!!!

They have gotten a TON of poor reviews.
