“Horrendous. The worst weekend ever! ”

I don’t even know where to start.
Took my husband for his birthday for a surprise weekend away and it was nothing but problems.
We got checked out our hotel room twice, had to argue the fact our dinner was included in the price with Prosecco, the spa was full. The bedroom decor was dated and had 3 beds in it, even though I booked a double room. The bar menu was expensive and Poor. And to top it off, when I checked out and checked my bank they had taken £294 for no reason and won’t refund me.
