“Don't book with them unless you want surprises”

Awful "service" - stay away! We got refused pickup of a van we already booked and paid for online as the location wouldn't accept our debit card (which we've always used to book with every major car rental companies) as security - they wouldn't even take a deposit, and instead insisted on us paying some sort of insurance (?!) which would double the price of the rental - non refundable of course. No refund given to this day, no reply to complaint emails - avoid like the plague!
