What a difference from my old breakdown company (one of the big 2) GEM assistant phoned us back roughly every half hour to see how we were and how things were progressing.
One small (and rather annoying) grip that I think should be addressed, the person who took our call went through lots & lots of todays Terms & Conditions that took ages, rather than just take our membership number which is all that's really needed, particularly when in the middle lane of London north circular at rush hour!!!
I have only marked customer service down for this reason, otherwise full marks.
