I had issues getting my SIM card to work in my phone, comparable, that was much easier with other network providers. However, that might have been an issue with my phone.

What I find unacceptable is, that I do not have a proper phone connection since 3 weeks. How can that be? Sim cards for Three are sold in many stores here in the Midlands. I do not live in the middle of nowhere. All money I invested in the SIM card appears to be wasted without a network since three whole weeks. Three did not inform about issues with the network and neither communicated when the issues will be solved.

If you are looking for a reliable network provider go somewhere else, for example, I found giffgaff reliable.
