We needed to pay our mortgage off so decided to go for equity release.
I got in touch with Access and they were very efficient and arranged a
visit to our house from one of their reps.
so thats how we met the lovely person we dealt with, she was very helpful and showed us all the options available to us with no pressure she left us to think it over.
After deciding on the option for us she visited again and went through it all with us, explaining everything in laymans terms so we understood exactly what we were doing.
It was all done in a matter of weeks and we cant thank her enough.
