“Aftercare”

I attended a Wicke's store today at Yeovil regarding a failed part. The lady in attendance showed no interest or help. Although she had a laptop to hand she made no effort to locate a new part preferring to just sit doing nothing.
Eventually, she directed me to another kitchen supplier in the town. They were very helpful but they were only fitters with no parts. They were amazed that Wickes thought that they could help. I now conclude it was just to get rid of me.

I now realise that when choosing a new kitchen do not just look at the colour and design but to question what help I will get when parts go wrong.
