“ Fix damage to BMW 430D Convertible”

Communication was top notch from initial contact, collection thru to completion and delivery. Email, text and phone calls all seamlessly delivered. Well done Solus. Thats how to update a customer.

The damage to the front bumper and drivers side headlight appears to have been excellently completed using all original BMW parts and i have absolutely no complaints. The car was not only delivered back to me spotlessly clean inside and out but was also part filled up with diesel as i had inadvertently run it low. Thank you for this.

So why the dropped star!
Simply because on initial contact Solus were told to check the drivers side front tyre as the 'tyre pressure low' warning had appeared. This appeared directly after the incident relating to this fix.
Unfortunately this hadn't been done which became apparent when i switched on the ignition and the warning sign illuminated again. I've since completed this myself and all seems well but it could have been different if the tyre itself had been damaged.

Would i use Solus again. Yes. No question.
