“Excellent Service”

I had to make a decision to remortgage fairly quickly and made an appointment with Your Mortgage Decisions. I met with my designated mortgage broker DL at my home within a week. DL was very polite, friendly and thorough. On our initial meeting we spoke for sometime, I explained my situation and even though I thought it would be difficult to get a mortgage he informed me early on that I would be able to, which mad eme happy! DL was always very clear and precise, he went though all the fine details, fully explaining the process and answered any questions I had. DL kept in contact with me throughout the process updating me as progress was made and he was always very helpful whenever I had a query. All I can say here is the whole process from start to finish was easy and stress free and I was very happy to have DL to help me! Thank you Your Mortgage Decisions I will definitely be recommending you. And thank you DL for all your help :).
