“Avoid this sham company”

Avoid this sham company. Will never enter this store again let alone buy from it again.
Spent a thousand pound on some sofas, told would be delivered within 10 days and paid my £20 for the privilege.
Day before delivery get rid of the old sofas and spend night watching tv sitting on the floor.
Delivery day go to track my delivery and find order cancelled as damaged.
Spend 20 minuets trying to speak to customer services to find out what is happing with my order only to be told it is cancelled because it was damaged.
I know the order was cancelled because of damage it said so on the track my delivery site.
Again, I said what is happing with my order, 5 times I asked and 5 times I was told the same answer it was cancelled due to damage. I ask to speak to a manager or someone that could tell me what was happening with my order and told no manager would speak to me.
Told them to cancel the order and refund my money. When I asked how long before the money would be refunded into my account was told 2 weeks as they had to wait for the sofas to be returned to them and only then would they refund my money.
The customer service is non-existent, just a robot chanting the same mantra.
Now cost me a day of work and no furniture until I get a refund and buy elsewhere.
Only wish I could return the garden furniture I spent thousands on this year.
Will never enter this store again let alone buy from it again.
