My car was sent to Nationwide in East Hull by my insurance company after a minor accident about a year ago. When is was returned there was nothing to indicate that it had been damaged. So when someone scratched the bonnet of my car, I took it to them and they fixed it again, with nothing to indicate that it had been damaged.
The people I dealt with were all polite and helpful. The staff who did the work are clearly a very skilled team.
