“724 Rent a Car Istanbul”

Horrible horrible service, they treat you as if you are not the customer. A day before I have called them to check whether there would be an additional charge or details to be aware of, they said no. Just before when I was signing the papers, they come up with 17 euros per day so called "mandatory insurance" which they can not show any proof where this number comes from. No mandatory insurance or such things in Turkey. I have booked the car 3 months in advance, on the day they asked me to pay additional money or leave the car, they are not very friendly. After booking the car they requested more money and threatened to issue arrest warrant on me suggesting that the car was stolen. They work like a pirate or mafia, extremely rude unfriendly, supportive.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY!!!!!!!!!
