I have telephoned several times, within the 2 years warranty period, but received no response from Solus RT300RF regarding faulty wireless temperature controller. Purchased 19/11/2017 and installed by approved plumber. I have reset the controller several times and even replaced the battery. But it loses signal and causes the boiler to shut-down. It was checked by the plumber and said the controller has intermittent fault and requires replacing.
I normally do not complain, but on the occasion, really frustrated that I can not talk with anybody at Solus.
What can I do ?
