“Dodgy as dodgy can get”

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND DON'T TRUST REVIEW ON THEY WEBSITE. The worst car rentals company ever. My experience from Luton airport is very bad. Dodgy as dodgy can get. I booked car plus full insurance on line, but at office, which looks like from Only Fool and Horses, they didn't accept insurance and I have to give £1600 from my credit card in case anything happens... Anyway they will keep £1600 for 28 days for no reason..."
