My wife and I arrived in Alicante airport in mid June at 9pm and I had booked a transfer to Calpe with Holiday Taxis,however no driver was waiting for us.
I contacted the local number provided in booking email and was directed to a PR desk downstairs the guy at the desk could not help me as I was a private transfer,so I had to get a taxi.
I emailed the company in the uk the next day to get a refund for the first half of the journey and they replied they would investigate and get back to me within 72 hours.I got no response so sent another email a week later and got a reply we will investigate and get back to you within 28 days,nothing came out of this so sent a third email and this time got no reply or no refund.
So my advice is avoid HolidayTaxis.com
