“3 attempts to repair and still a poor standard”

1st attempt: Colour match was horrendous & added new scrape on door when returning

2nd attempt: Colour match the other side where they had blown in to fix the 1st repair, made the other side colour match horrendous. Repaired additional damage they created, but now dented another door and scraped wing

3rd attempt: refused to repair additional damage created by them.

Over 7 weeks in total and still not right.


As Avia own Solus, they got involved, sent independent surveyor. Car moved to independent garage, who carried out work to fix what should have been a simple repair in the first place.

Avia good, Solus poor.
