Wrong size vehicle arrived at airport. Driver argued and office wanted us to pay for a second car. Refused, left waiting for an hour at the airport until a second car came.
Reported issue to Hoppa, very slow response received, and a paltry 20% refund was given.
Assurance from Hoppa that this would not repeat on return journey. Clearly stated that a large vehicle as booked was required.
Return transfer was exactly the same, car too small, another 45 minutes delay. Contacted Hoppa again and received a apology and another 28% refund. Raised several tickets with them complaining of poor service and no response.
In short I think it would have been less hassle to walk or take your chances with the local taxi firms direct. At least you would get the car you require. Not something completely unsuitable. Poor show, very disappointed, will not use this incompetent bunch of disorganised rabble again.
