Having gone through the entire Pareto law process a few years back I can say with great confidence, what a great concept it is for those graduates that are looking for an incredible rewarding opportunity. It's not for everyone, you have to be super competitive, tenacious, hard working, patient and willing to get your hands dirty. The upsides are recognised training, industry experience in your chosen field and a clear career progression path.
