“Positive Hertz on-line customer service experience.”

Just to make sure the reviews are balanced I had a good experience with Hertz. I rented a car with them which worked great throughout the week long trip. I ran into a serious problem when I got back however because on review of the car they noticed a nail in my back tire. I wasn't expecting it and couldn't think of when or why that would have just happened. They charged me 71 pounds for the entire replacement of the tire and I was seriously disappointed about how the company handled that issue. However I got home wrote a complaint to their department that I thought I probably rented the car with the nail in the tire and drove it fine for the whole week. Within 10 days they replied that I shouldn't have been charged for the tire and gave me the full £71 reimbursement. So in the end I got the original excellent deal on the rental and was easily able to correct any complaints I had with them. I have no reason not to be a loyal Hertz customer.
