The worst experience EVER! The purchased pants which usually cost at their shop £22 I bought online (after 3 weeks hassles) for £29 each. Don't believe when customer service assures you that you can exchange the goods at their shops, because there is a catch. You can ask for exchange, but in return will be asked to pay the difference in price. Which will leave you with paying the shop price anyway PLUS £3.99 delivery charge on top of that. If you decide to send it back by Royal Post, the cheapest you can do it for is about £3. So you won't win either way. And if you cancel the order, they will not refund the postage charge.
So if you want to buy something cheap, go to the shop and buy it from there. You can always exchange it for free, there are no hidden costs and it's fast.
Btw to call their customer service, you have to firstly call 0903 number which will tell you to call another number and charge you £1.53 on the spot (will tell you the number only once and disconnect immediately, no repetition given, must call again). And when you finally get through you will be 17-19th in line and will hold for ages).
If you sent email, you can expect fast reply ... after 4-5 days. What a NIGHTMARE!!
I will never use their stupid online services again.
