“Fault products delivered and terrible customer service”

Ordered photograph prints and a number of collage mugs intended as gifts. Numerous photographs were cropped badly, ruining the images, and were blurred - despite the fact that I had printed the same photographs perfectly well with another photograph printing service. The mugs were very disappointing. Collage was placed unevenly on the mugs and the overall quality was absolutely terrible. Customer service was appalling and I was unable to get a refund or replacement despite providing clear evidence of the faulty good. A massive waste of time and money. Would never use Snapfish again and would advise others to avoid this company.
