The holiday center apartments in Santa Ponsa are a good base for exploring the Island.The poolside bar does really good breakfasts and snacks and their prices are very resonabile. The hotel should do more for families with small children by putting them in the ground floor apartments.The entertainment could be better. A kids club durning the day would go down well.The swimming pool is a good size.The hotel does give you a key to an apartment on your last day so you can get a shower which was great.Felix does his best with the resourses he has but loud booming music all day by the pool you could do without.Needs to be updated by supplying hairdyers etc. But room had a fridge microwave and toaster and keetle.Air con is 30 euros a week and in Aug and Sept you will need it.
