I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my partner for her birthday in France and gave over a week's notice. The flowers did not arrive until 2 days afterwards and only then I believe because I chased them up. They did not reply to my emails, phone calls and there was no record of the booking in my account details online, even though they sent me an acknowledgement. I have left it to PayPal to resolve. I don't trust them one iota. AVOID FLORA QUEEN AT ALL COSTS.

Update

I did eventually receive my refund.
