“Smashed Rear window”

Absolutely no help at all when you want to make a claim. My rear window smashed & after two days I still had no answer as to when I could get it fixed. Apparently all glass on my vehicle is insuranced unless Autoglass cant replace it. A big sticking point & nowhere does it mention on my Insurance Certificate that my rear window couldn't be replaced by Autoglass.
I had numerous assurances that I would be called back but this never happened, leaving me to chase Tesco & every time, speak to someone different where I had to go through the whole painstaking event every time.
