“NASTY BUNCH OF GUYS!!!”

My car has been deemed a complete write off because of an accident which involved a double collision not my fault. The moronic garage 'Accidental Bodyworks' based in Exeter have claimed it is a total write off because it is dented at the back but in my opinion is still ok to drive. They evaluated that the repairs are over £1600 (What a con)!
Cooperative Insurance therefore deemed it a total loss and provided me with a hire vehicle, they intimated was going to be paid by the third party insurers. Now they have changed their minds and termininated my hire because they refuse to pay the fair amount for the vehicle. Every time I call, the vehicle estimate becomes lower and lower, and I can NEVER get hold of the mechanics. They falsely claim that they try to call you and fail mention the number of times you have tried to call them!
BEWARE THEY ARE THE BIGGEST BUNCH OF LIARS!
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
