This was my first time using Vivid Seats and I was very pleased with the selection and customer service. Chris, my customer service rep at Vivid Seats, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Being a first time user I had many questions. Chris was patient and answered all of my questions in a very friendly and professional manner. In addition, Chris made sure that the tickets were still available before proceeding with my order. A big thank you to Chris for making this an easy process!!! I will definately use Vivid Seats again.
