“Faldingwood Livery Stables”

written by Linziloo2011 on 08/09/2011

The yard is owned and professionally run by Kayleigh Nicholls and caters for up to 12 livery clients ranging from happy hackers to the more competitive rider along side kayleighs own horse and her daughters pony.

Kayleigh is assisted on the yard on a day to day basis by Carla and they are both confident and competent in all aspects of horse care and management both having completed various courses on this subject. Only having a limited number of liveries also means they know each horse well, adding to the high level of care provided.

The yard is fully secure having both CCTV installed and also a key fob entry system. Kayleigh and her family are also based onsite.

Each horse receives the highest standard of care and attention be it a family friend or top class competition horse or anything in between.

The yard has 22 acres of all year turnout divided into huge paddocks to ensure constant grazing and the horses are turned out in small groups. They go out all day every day all year round

The fields, stables and yard itself are immaculately kept and maintained, providing a clean, safe environment for both horses and owners at all times.

There is a floodlit all weather menage and a full course of show jumps available to use free of charge and the facilities are constantly being increased to provide the best for all clients

The yard also has access to miles and miles of off road hacking so whether you want a quiet stroll or a faster paced ride there is the space and security to do so without having to meet any traffic (unless you want to)

Faldingwood is also close to the venues of local riding clubs and within a 5 minute drive of a local Cross Country course that is available to hire

Kayleigh, her husband James and all the other liveries are friendly, sociable and approachable at all times and always willing to lend a hand be it helping out with each others horses by turning out / feeding etc or riding them to help with any problems, sitting with people while they ride to help out that way.

We also have social time away from the yard be it attending shows, shopping trips, BBQs or nights out!

At Faldingwood there is always a friendly face around to ride with or even just to sit and have a cuppa with whatever the time of day and whatever the weather
