Thanks to Michael and Kathleen for letting my ticket experience (361513)end on a positive note. I ordered tickets online at However, the next day, I was called and notified that the order was denied by the seller. I was crushed, and immediatley contacted the company. Kathleen quickly sorted out the situation and told me about other options. She was concerned, kind and driven to help me, but needed to work out a deal. Later, I was tranferred to Michael who had been working on my issue. I was worried that I would not be the happy 98% of orders that are filled by Vividseats. He worked out a deal, and yes I had to pay a little more, but I got my much sought after tickets. Matter of fact, he made me stay on the line while he contacted the seller to make sure everything worked out. After the success, I told him I didn't want to hang up in fear of losing the tickets again. He assured me I had them and immediatley sent me the paperwork. I just hope this wasn't a bait and switch operation. I stayed in the same area of seats that were previously ordered, however I paid more for each ticket. Since the game is a SELL OUT I am going to stick to my HAPPY ENDING theory. Thanks Mike and Kathleen
