“upsettingly cruel”

I visited with my 21 year old son and his girlfriend. We were all upset by the state of some of the animals and left less than an hour after going in.

One sea lion had open sores on its body which it was constantly trying to scratch. Another was biting its hand and clearly in distress

Loud music was pumping out near all the exhibits and almost every creature looked miserable. Thoroughly depressing all round.
