I bought a GSM esp alarm from www.quicksafe.co.uk and the service and technical support was superb.

The alarm was delivered the next day as promised. The technical support answered the p[hone and helped me through the setting up of the GSM dialler. I don't know what more quicksafe they could have done.

Quicksafe offered my a full 18 month warranty on the alarm so I don't know if the bad reviews are false or not.

I they have been on-line for a long time and I would use them again without hesitation.
