“A Mixed Experience.”

I ordered three suits in Melbourne. After nearly six weeks I had heard nothing from them. I emailed them and their excuse was the Chinese New Year holidays. Shortly thereafter I got one suit which needed adjusting. I made another appointment when they next came to Melbourne and they took details of what needed to be adjusted. The three suits later arrived.
The quality was okay, although one button fell off at the first or second wearing. That really shouldn't happen.
It was a long process and at one point I rang them in Hong Kong to complain. I also also went through the rigmarole of a credit charge refund although they were paid in the end as they delivered the suits.
Summary: I got three suits for $A447 each. It took too long, they are poor communicators;a sausage machine-type operation.
