I went on-line and ordered the Royal Robbins pants from Outside's Sale on Tuesday evening. They were cheaper than at Cotswold's and there was free delivery for between 1 and 7 days.
I phoned them in the morning to confirm I had ordered the right size as it was a US product and the guy was very pleasant and helpful.
To my delight they were delivered this morning (Thursday! - beat that, 36 hours from ordering to delivery!
On this experience, I will certainly use them again and recommend them to family and friends.
