“Never recieved parcel”

I never recieved the things i ordered and have had to pay for them, the parcel was delivered and signed for at a house a few doors down, i have the card that was left through my door to prove that and simply be will not accept that so i have had to pay for the items to avoid my acount being defaulted and it appearing on my credit report. I am reporting them to trading standards as the terrible experience i have had and the fact they wont admit they are at fault is just unacceptable. Hopefully i will get my money back soon.
