“customer service not applicable”

Without being previously notified when I got my invoice in the mail I saw that I was charged $5 for my card being declined. Yet they managed to charge my credit card successfully the day that the order was placed. The email exchange with them was as follows \"We are sorry that you caused yourself to have a bad experience\" ... as well as accusing me of lying about being a return customer. Don't bother spending your money here - they don't like to do business with people.
