“Damaged in shop not once but twice”

This was the "recommended" repair shop for my insurance company, checked out some reviews seemed ok. I figured that since the insurance company owns them, Id get a good service. WRONG. The car went in for a simple replacement bumper only one day in, I get a call to say they have now reversed my car into a post, wrecked the tailgate and creased the back panel of the car. To add insult to injury I then had to chase the repair progress as I was informed the car would be ready one day, only by 15:30 that day, no call, no car. Finally the day arrives when the car comes back. Everything looks ok at the damage site only now the front wing now has mysteriously been dented and scratched. The "Repair" to my car is now knocking on for 2 weeks and my car still isn't back with me "Back to normal?".. what a joke. Workshop quality control seems non existent, operators obviously don't care about that the car they are working on Management seem to be conspicuous by their absence and so do staff on some occasions leaving it to drivers to take customer flack. To their credit, they did admit they had caused the damage but my guess is that is only because delaying a 2 day job for 8 days may have raised suspicions anyway. Pity no stars are available.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
