“Horrible Customer service”

I bought a ticket then I cancelled it, beside the fact that they charged me 350 $ for cancellation, they expected me to confirm the cancellation in order to get a refund. The funny part is...THEY NEVER ASKED ME FOR THAT CONFORMATION. I knew about it a month later when I was worried about the delay..I have to wait 6 weeks to get my refund....and oh..their customer service person (Lilian) hung the phone on me after saying that they have only one supervisor and she is not in. Never seen worse than that
