AVOID MOTORHOMEHIRE.UK.COM... If you're happy to give them your deposit without chance of getting it back, crack on!
The van was heavily used (battered up really). After booking, we came across awful reviews which made us really nervous about hiring.
We took all the photos of before and after our hire so they couldn't stitch us up for damage and keep our £250. We looked after that van as if it were our own and cleaned it top too bottom before taking it back.
Over a month later and they're claiming we went over a speed limit twice and fined us £75 each time! Additionally, charged us £60 for parking at their depot which we didn't.
Can't speak to anyone, they're lovely and polite when you're booking but get arsey afterwards when you ring the sales team to complain (as they're the only ones you can get hold of).
Our fridge was broken, so we lost all of our food on the first two days!
Go with someone else with some business scruples!
