“Excellent Off-site Service”

Great transfer experience (even though our baggage was delayed). At depot, all paperwork was ready. Maximum 2 minute wait and handover was quick and efficient. No hard sell on excess insurance which we had already purchased elsewhere.
Only gripe was an additional charge added after return. It was very small but there was no explanation/communication of the charge. Fuel was as per agreement, only a few grains of sand (no handheld vacuum in apartment), maybe tool charges? Don't know since no explanation. Lost a star for this. Definitely use again though.
